New version of the electric, electronic and automotive sectoral promotional programs published

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning decrees by the Mexican Ministry of Economy regarding Sectoral Promotional Programs for the electric, electronic, and automotive industries, and the creation of two new programs for the chocolate and coffee industries are examined. Topics include effect of tariff code elimination on maquiladoras, and recommendations for the manner in which industry may raise arguments against the Ministry of Economy.
