Partnership toward improvement

Article Abstract:

The Process Oriented Contract Administration Services (PROCAS) is a total quality management initiative used by the Defense Logistics Agency which empowers persons with more knowledge of or association with a quality issue with requisite authority to resolve problems. It encourages participation from persons both directly and indirectly involved in a process to aid in its review, thereby providing a sense of ownership in issue resolution. Its three key principles are teaming, identifying key processes and establishing metrics.
