Planes, tankers and the Petroulias GST scheme

A plan devised by Australia's former first assistant tax commissioner Nick Petroulias to import second-hand tankers and aircraft under the new goods and services tax scheme has been postponed after Petroulias was arrested and charged with conspiring to defraud the Commonwealth.
