Relationship of professionalism, rewards, market orientation and job satisfaction among medical professionals: The case of Certified Nurse-Midwives

Article Abstract:

A conceptual framework that considers the impact of professionalism, market orientation and reward structure on job satisfaction for one group of medical professionals, Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs) is proposed. The results indicate that rewards for professionals have a strong and positive impact on the enhancement of professionalism.

Age differences in memory for radio advertisements: The role of mnemonics

Article Abstract:

This study of age difference effects on radio advertisement recall finds that use of simple mnemonic devices in ads enhanced recall across all age groups studied. No age differences emerged in ad recall without the use of mnemonics. Subjects were questioned immediately after hearing the ads, and again after seven days.
