Relationship quality and negotiation interdependence: The case study of international defect claim

Article Abstract:

The influences of relationship quality on negotiation interdependence are examined with the help of a case study of an international defect claim among a Taiwan fiber supplier, Vietnam textile buyer and a Japanese trading company. The effects of relationship quality change the interdependence levels between the buyer and seller thereby affecting the power structure and selection of negotiation tactics of the negotiators.

A service quality improvement dynamic decision support system for refurbishment contractors

Article Abstract:

A service quality dynamic decision support system (SQDDSS) for refurbishment contracters, who aim to sustain competitive advantages and build core competencies, is proposed. A sy stem dy namics approach is used as the construction model for service quality enhancement. The cyclic procedure developed, and a case study using SQDDSS is given.
