Article Abstract:

Small businesses that want to sell on the Internet must make preparations, according to the Australian Retailers Assn. A study of the market should reveal the types of Internet users and the products or services they want. The Yellow Pages Shopping Guide, a model to help small business access the electronic market is under development by Telstra's Pacific Access. Sofcom and Citysearch also offer on-line shopping services.
