Cost-Effective Recruitment Advertising

Article Abstract:

The key to filling a vacancy quickly through advertising is to attract suitable clients while discouraging the unqualified. An effective advertisement points out a prime benefit to attract attention, then describes the job succinctly. The desired qualifications should be listed plus special features of the working environment. The newspaper should be instructed as to where the ad should be placed. The ad should also be distributed in the company.
