Article Abstract:

The study on Zuellig Phama Inc. in Taiwan, revealed that some total quality management (TQM) methods and tools can be very effective in guiding TQM implementation successfully for the marketing and sales division in healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics organization. From the training of employees to the formation of the sales team, the team performed extremely well in reducing costs, increasing profits, and meeting the expected target.

Towards an index of comparative criticality: an empirical study of TQM implementation in Palestinian industry

Article Abstract:

The critical factors that lead to a successful TQM implementation process are identified. The criticality of the quality factors is also measured using the comparative criticality index for an organizational performance assessment tool and benchmarking purposes.
