Tax target: for six years, suburban accountant Sam Cassaniti has been high on the tax man's hit list

Article Abstract:

Accountant Sam Cassaniti, who has a business in suburban Sydney, Australia, has been in dispute with the Australian Taxation Office since early 1995, when two former clients claimed that his fees for tax advice were too high and that he took his fees from their tax refunds without authority. He has made many formal complaints since then, alleging that he has been mistreated.
