Article Abstract:
Phil Ciolfi is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Selecterm Incorporated. Selecterm is a supplier of personal computers and terminals to many major companies. Selecterm sells and leases terminals with success because they offer exceptional support and service on their machines. While there are many distributers around today, they get in trouble by discounting prices heavily, then being unable to supply quality support to their customers. Selecterm would rather lease equipment than sell it because their profit is higher with leasing and it is easier to administer. Ciolfi always wants a profit on his transactions because it is the only way to guarantee clients full service. While his company has higher prices, his customers are loyal.
