Who will pay the bills?

Article Abstract:

Disability insurance provides additional incentives to upper management personnel and helps cover possible business losses. Designing a disability coverage plan should consider program costs and disability returns, an elimination period and plan coverage period. Plan value can also be increased by adding riders such as cost-of-living adjustment and automatic indexing. Premium costs can also be optimized by negotiating for better coverages and plan terms.
