The mediating effect of commitment on customer loyalty towards e-brokerages: an enhanced investment model

Article Abstract:

The fact that customers in an online environment can easily switch service providers is a concern of e-brokers in online securities trading. The relationship of customer loyalty, service quality and switching barriers are studied on an improved investment model, which includes the concept concept of commitment in relationship marketing.
