Online betting exchanges are growing more popular around the world, but none are set up yet in Australia. The exchanges do not use betting agencies and could potentially hurt the traditional gaming industry. Gambling companies including TAB Ltd. will lobby the government to ban Australians from wagering overseas.

Gold Coast is the fastest-growing urban area in Australia. The growing influx of people is the cause. Demand for water is likely to exceed supply and the Local councils and the State Government have joined hands to work on a long-term strategy to address the problem.

The crash repairing service offered by a new company in Melbourne for vehicle owners is described. The high rate of unsafe repairs uncovered by the service and its consequence for the repairers who risk going out of business are discussed.
