A global money market

Article Abstract:

There are national differences between central banks, as well as differences between the salaries of heads of central banks, and some central bankers are critical of the mistakes of others. There is a need for an international market in central bankers which would allow them to correct the mistakes of others. The Bank of Japan has eased monetary policy too slowly, and this could threaten Japanese economic recovery. Alan Greenspan could be hired to tackle Japan's problems, while the US needs tighter monetary policy, and could hire its central bank head from Japan.
