Jubilee House is a new therapy centre for the rehabilitation of fire-fighters recovering from injury, sickness or stress. It was designed by HLM Architects who designed the scheme around an internal courtyard. The series of buildings were created to reflect organic growth similar to that of an agricultural settlement, using natural materials. It provides residential accommodation, counselling rooms and communal facilities.

Ben Kelly designed the famous Hacienda Manchester nightclub, reinforcing his reputation as an inventive interior designer. However Kelly appears to be under-valued by the mainstream market, and since the completion of The Basement at the Science Museum, has had to reduce his practice to two people. The Basement was his practice's first public commission, and it is expected to attract about 230,000 children a year.
