AOL, Time Warner plan stock options for all employees

Time Warner Inc. and America Online Inc. (AOL) are planning to provide combined Time Warner-AOL employees with stock options. The stock options could average out to approximately 200 options for each employee.

AOL Time Warner faces $965 million in postmerger costs

AOL Time Warner Inc. is expecting almost $1 billion (1.13 billion euros) in postmerger restructuring costs. Much of the costs involve severance payments for laid-off employees.

Parsons to take reins at AOL-Time Warner

AOL-Time Warner has chosen Richard Parsons as the man who will replace outgoing chief executive Gerald Levin. Parsons, a confidant of Levin's, will assume the post in May 2002.
