The Danish investment company Axcel IndustriInvestor is to merge the printing houses Dansk Heatset Rotation and nb*rotation with SP2 Prepress. The three companies have 240 employees and a DKr 440mn (USD 65mn) turnover. The aim is to list the merged company on the Stock Exchange in two-three years and to reach a DKr 500mn turnover. The group will carry out an investment programme, which possibly will include a printing machine with a capacity of 48 pages. This machine alone could generate a DKr 100-125mn turnover.

Bryggerigruppen, the Danish brewery group, is to acquire a 50% stake in the Lithuanian company UAB Bartos Prekyba for DKr 3mn (USD 0.4mn). Bartos Prekyba distributes the Faxe brand, which is produced by Bryggerigruppen, in Lithuania. Jorgen Worning, MD of Bryggerigruppen, says Faxe is the biggest foreign brand on the Lithuanian beer market.
