Avon sets targets for restructuring divisions abroad

Avon Products Inc. is restructuring foreign operations so that China, Central and Eastern European businesses are to be stand-alone units. Bennett Gallina has been appointed senior vice president overseeing the Middle East, Africa, China and Western Europe. John Higson has been appointed senior vice president for Central and Eastern Europe.
