Baring Capital stays quiet on MBO

Article Abstract:

It is not yet certain how the purchase of Barings by ING will affect Baring Capital Investors (BCI). It had been thought that BCI employees would exercise their right over 70% of the firm's capital, making a buyout bid, but there have been no indications of this happening yet. It has emphasised that it continues to operate as an independent unit within Barings Group.
