Black hole: Black Sea zone

Article Abstract:

Eleven heads of state from countries surrounding the Black Sea met in Istanbul to attempt to reach an agreement on economic cooperation. Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Greece, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, and the Ukraine committed themselves to further dialogue on regional issues.

African Americans start fewer businesses than other minorities, perhaps because they are denied access to capital through banks' strict lending policies. Black entrepreneurs are starting different kinds of businesses and usually have more capital and education than in the past.
