Burn fat 15% faster - even while sleeping

Article Abstract:

An eating program is presented that helps the body to burn fat 15% more quickly, simply by timing when proteins and carbohydrates are eaten. Eating three or more protein-rich meals a day together with several high-fiber meals encourages increased activity by the mitochondria to burn fat faster while reducing the number of calories absorbed. A 5-day plan is presented.
