Issues relating to corporate social responsibility are presented, with focus on the emphasis which is placed on this in the marketing communications of companies. Cause-related marketing is an effective method of developing the reputation of a company and increasing customer loyalty.

Direct marketing: a comparison of Hispanic and non-Hispanic perspectives

Article Abstract:

Research into the shopping attitudes and beliefs of Hispanic and non-Hispanic people in the United Staes is presented, with focus on direct marketing opportunities. It is concluded that hispanic populations are more open to direct marketing strategies than non-Hispanics.
