DENMARK: CRITICISM OF A NEW E-COMMERCE LAW

Article Abstract:

Dansk Handel & Service (Danish Commerce and Services), however, claims that the law is rife with unclear points. According to the law, the companies should meet with the regulations in the country where they are established in order to be able to sell online in the whole of Europe.
