DENMARK: SCANTRUCK REPORTS SIGNIFICANT GROWTH

Article Abstract:

The Danish company Scantruck, which imports products from the French producer Manitou and the American company Genie Industries, has grown from a DKr 35mn (USD 5mn) turnover in 1996 to nearly DKr 100mn in 1999. What is more, director Bo Sundroos expects to reach a DKr 200mn turnover in three years. One of the main targets is to be able to offer repair services within two hours. For this purpose, Scantruck and its parent company NC Nielsen have 50 fitters all over the country.

DENMARK: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON FAST FOODS

Article Abstract:

McDonalds obtains a remarkably low score on customer satisfaction, 62, and an even lower score on customer loyalty, 53, according to Dansk Kundeindex, the Danish customer index. Other players on the Danish fast food market obtain an average 68 on customer satisfaction and 64 on customer loyalty.
