DENMARK: "NOT ENOUGH LUXURY HOTELS IN COPENHAGEN"

There are not enough luxury hotels in Copenhagen, says Hanspeter Bachofner, the new Marriot manager that will start hotel operations in Copenhagen soon. According to him, there should be more than the present four five-star hotels in the city. Accordingly, Marriot contemplates new hotel investments in Copenhagen.

DENMARK: KEOPS TO BUY PROPERTY IN SWEDEN

Article Abstract:

Keops, the Danish property company, has signed a deal to buy two properties in Orebro and Stockholm for a total of DKr79.3mn (US$9.6mn). The annual rental earnings from the properties amount to DKr8.1mn. The properties have been leased to the d-i-y chain K-Rauta.

DENMARK: PROPERTY SALE PROFITABLE FOR A-PRESSEN

Article Abstract:

The sale of the so-called media property in Copenhagen could generate a profit of up to DKr45mn (US$5.5mn) for A-Pressen. According to independent valuers, the sale of the house could generate up to DKr120mn vs. the building price of DKr75mn.
