Demand is strong for Ahold bonds, Telecom Italia notes

Telecom Italia S.p.A.'s and Royal Ahold N.V.'s bond offerings are attracting many interested investors. Ahold is raising its euro credit curve with up to 600 million euros in bonds due March 2012. Telecom Italia's orders have reached beyond 1 billion euros previous to the start of its bond offering.
