Windows and waterfall transform a basement

Article Abstract:

A dark basement in a traditional early Victorian house in London, UK, was refurbished into a light office space by Dale Loth, architect. The functional space also includes a shower room and small kitchen, which are separated from the office space by means of a curved wall. The basement has underfloor heating. The refurbishment project had a budget of 40,000 pounds sterling.
