Italy's Tiscali agrees to buy World Online

Netherlands-based Internet service provider World Online International N.V. has agreed to merge with Italy's Tiscali S.p.A. When completed the all stock merger deal worth 5.9 billion in Euro currency would be Europe's second largest Internet service provider.

Deutsche Telekom names Holtrop, a banker, as new CEO of T-Online
