Case studies of Dutch chemical industry exploring the drivers of supply network governance are presented. The studies have found interdependence of organizational activities and asset-specific investments as the key drivers in the network governance of the chemical industry.

Sharing sensitive information supply relationships: the flaws in one-way open-book negotiation and the need for transparency
