Executive Interim Management opens first Asia office

Article Abstract:

Switzerland company Executive Interim Management (EIM) has plans to expand to Asia, and is due to open an office in Hong Kong on August 17. EIM works by placing a manager in a client's position with the expectation of achieving certain results in a given amount of time. It may take time, however, to measure the success of EIM given that many Asian companies are closed, and many managers are not willing to work on a contract basis.
