Fans riveted to TechTronic

Article Abstract:

Investment analysts fear that the declining share price of cordless power tool manufacturer TechTronic Industries Ltd may be due to the peaking of the market. This means that the power tool market can no longer sustain the 20% annual growth to which TechTronic has been accustomed to. In response to this development, TechTronic plans to acquire European floor-care product firm Royal Appliance Germany GmbH, a distributor of US-based Royal Appliance Manufacturing Co's products, to strengthen its floor-care business.
