Fly in the ointment

Article Abstract:

South Korea's airlines are involved in a fight for passengers and new routes. The battle has resulted in losses for Asiana Airlines and a decline in profit in Korean Air. Additionally, both airlines are unhappy over a set of rules formulated by the government in 1990. The rules concern the routes open to the airlines.
