France: Coca-Cola and Auchan operation

Article Abstract:

Coca-Cola and Auchan, the French retail group, have organised an on-line marketing operation from 10 October to the end of 2001. Every week, Auchan will feature Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Minute Maid and Nestea in its brochures and its departments. Special point of sale displays will provide young people with the name of an Internet site (yatoutagagner.com) as well as an access code. They can win a number of prizes on this site such as Palm Pilots, DVD readers and tickets to football matches.

France: Carrefour recruits with ANPE

Article Abstract:

Carrefour, the French retail group, plans to recruit 5,000 people registered with the Agence Nationale Pour l'Emploi (ANPE), the National Employment Agency. A partnership agreement has been signed concerning this recruitment.
