Gene discoveries lift Chiroscience stock

Article Abstract:

Chiroscience Group Ltd. saw investors in London, UK, place more value on its stock after it found signs of success of two new mutant-gene programs after two years of work. Chiroscience chief executive John Padfield noted that its gene program involving action against CD4 T-cells may later be the foundation of medicine that can control bone growth and the immune system. Chiroscience research and development director Robert Jackson indicated that the company may need to find an ally to help in managing the developments that pose new possibilities.
