Getting down to business

Article Abstract:

The year 2003 was primarily uneventful for the Quebec advertisers, especially after some of the events of the past year, which had fingers pointing at Quebec agencies. There has been a noticeable improvement in the creative department but the same cannot be said for business growth. Companies are shuffling agencies and the communications industry along with the marketers is planning to form an association to discuss problems and their interests.
