Market orientation and business performance: some European evidence

Article Abstract:

Market orientation has been found to be connected with business performance. The reliable performance of the MARKOR scale developed by Kohli et al. (1993) in measuring market orientation of companies from Malta and UK indicates that the same can also be used among different firms, cultures and industries. However, business performance could also be affected by outside factors.
