Now may be the time to buy

Article Abstract:

Some analysts believe that indicators suggest an imminent rally for Asian stocks. For example, in recent weeks the number of earnings downgrades for Asian stocks has tapered off; inventories of Asian products in the US have likely reached a terminal low point suggesting an eventual recovery for Asian components; and stock prices have been mired in negativity for so long that further declines are unrealistic. Other analysts believe that global earnings are performing poorly, a good indication that Asian stocks will continue to have a bumpy ride.
