DaimlerChrysler to lure executives with stock

DaimlerChrysler is planning to introduce a stock option plan for its executives throughout the world. There is, however, resistance to the plan among some shareholders. At a meeting in Berlin on April 19, shareholders will be asked to approve the plan.
