How is information technology affecting business relationships? Results from a UK survey

Article Abstract:

An overview is presented on the use of information technology (IT) in the United Kingdom's corporate sector. Findings show that adoption of IT is significantly variable currently, but is expected to increase in the future. Although buyers were found to be less computer literate than suppliers, buyers are increasingly using IT to establish overseas supplier contracts.
