Investors find some relief

Some Asian governments are using public funds to hold up stock markets by acquiring slow-selling shares. Investors can unload government-supported stocks at an inflated price or buy valuable but smaller stocks that governments ignore. However, workers in some countries are beginning to protest government investment of pension funds.
