Justice in Bosnia: pursuing war criminals like Radovan Karadzic is risky, but right

Article Abstract:

Prosecution of war criminals, who committed atrocities against Bosnia's Croats, Muslims and Serbs, should be vigorously pursued. Prosecution of the worst offenders could deter future atrocities by sending a message that war criminals will be caught and punished. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) should continue its pursuit of war criminals such as Radovan Karadzic despite the danger of fatalities. In order to gain cooperation from the people in arresting war criminals, NATO needs to publicize the identities and the crimes of the wanted men through the local media and posters.
