Bacardi Carta Blanca, a white rum, has been introduced in the market by (BML). The product is available in 375 ml bottles. The bottles are priced at Rs180 each. Currently, BML is selling the product in Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, West Bengal and Assam. The product can be used to make many mixed drinks like Bacardi and Tonic, Bacardi and fresh lime soda. Becton Dickinson Ltd, a healthcare major of the US, has set up a Rs200 crore facility at Bawal in Haryana to manufacture hypodermic medical devices for the Indian market.
