The lonely arbitrator and the need for a level playing field

Article Abstract:

The 100-day Arbitration Procedure is designed to cater for the growing body of disputing parties who are dissatisfied with adjudication or for use in cases, which are unsuitable for the 28-day procedure. It is intended to combine the main advantage of adjudication, rapid dispute resolution, with many advantages of arbitration.

Deciding whether it is worth paying the price of litigation

Article Abstract:

Only one claimant against any number of defendants can start litigation and its cost is said to be its greatest drawback. A good illustration for finding the cost of litigation with the legal expenses insurance along with many household policies is presented.
