More workers join strike at Disneyland Paris

Article Abstract:

Disneyland Paris' restaurant workers joined the partial protest of technicians and parade performers at Europe's Magic Kingdom. The strike, started by parade performers last Jun. 29, 1998 and joined by sound and light technicians on the same day, is on its sixth day. However, majority of the park's 13,000 employees remained on the job. According to holding company Euro Disney, workers of the park and its hotel were not affected by the strike, with the daily parade at the park occuring as scheduled.
