Article Abstract:

The architectural practice which designed a new boarding house and music school for Godstowe Preparatory School, High Wycombe, England, has always written its own specifications. Aldington Craig + Collinge followed its usual practice for this project and only a few final components, including the carpeting and the rainwater drainage system, varied from the original specifications. Aldington Craig + Collinge's specifications included light fittings from Oak Lighting Designs, steelwork done by Welding Mobility, damp-proof membranes from RIW, and mastics from Adshead Ratcliffe.
