Nature rarely repeats itself

The program for predicting earthquakes in Japan may soon be disbanded because it shows no sign of having developed a method for determining when a earthquake will hit. The Geodesy Council of the Ministry of Education has had 32 years to develop a method, with no success.

An increase in the construction of museums throughout the US appears to be an indication that American culture is being redefined. The new wave of museums reflect new trends in what constitutes history as well as how it is presented.
