Neoplan delivers aprons

Article Abstract:

Germany bus manufacturer Neoplan has reported details of its apron bus sales. In 1999, six buses were delivered to airports in Stuttgart, Germany, two in Israel, two in Kazakstan, two in Moscow, Russian Federation, 35 in Saudi Arabia, two in Gothenburg, Sweden, and three in Thailand. Its contracts include two N9022 10-seater buses to Egyptair, Cairo, two N9012 120-seater buses to Sri Lanka Airlines and N9044 buses to Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Vienna Airport, Austria.

Easy shopping

Article Abstract:

VHK Special Products, a Dutch manufacturer, has received a contract from the Angkasa Pura, operator of Soekarno Hatta International Airport, to deliver 600 airport shopping trolleys. VHK's trolleys, which have been developed for the Schiphol Group, are lightweight and easy to use. They also have a small nesting depth of 150 mm, thereby saving terminal space that can be used for more profitable activities.

Estepe delivers clean lift trucks

Article Abstract:

Netherlands-based Estepe Special Truck Products has delivered 10 AIRCAT highloader trucks to Air Services at Amsterdam Schiphol. The vehicles are each based on a DAF 45 chassis with a raised cabin with seats for five people. Each vehicle can operate independently of loading or unloading platforms through a lightweight tail-lift. The vehicles are manufactured in accordance with client specifications.
