Number of partners and JV performance

Article Abstract:

The relationship between the number of partners in a JV and performance by using the largest ever sample of international equity JVs with three or more partners is studied. In conclusion, no significant relationship was observed between number of partners in an international JV and JV performance, even when moderators like JV type were considered.

The characteristics and performance of Japanese Food Distributors International (JFDI) in less developed and developed countries due to the foreign investments of Japan and data related to that have been analyzed. The growth of JFDI in less developed countries' industrial sector has been discussed in detail.
