The old UN Security Council is outdated and not at all reflective of the current international political climate. If the council does not open its membership in a significant way, the rest of the world will view it as a conglomeration of major power bullies.

European countries attempting to aid create a peaceful Bosnia sometimes have different agendas. The problems among the Serbs, Croats and Muslims have escalated to the point that many refugees are in dire circumstances.
