Outsourcing of information technology may be decreasing. Companies surveyed in the United States and the United Kingdom expressed disappointment with outsourcing, with some saying that expected cost reductions have not materialized. U.S. companies are looking more to Canada for outsourcing, with benefits outweighing increased costs.
